Athena Nelson Coaching offers life coaching, astrology readings, spiritual guidance, courses, and other personal development services. All Services are intended for personal growth, education, and self-discovery purposes. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to participate actively, honestly, and responsibly in all coaching sessions and programs. You are solely responsible for your own well-being and implementation of any coaching suggestions or insights.

4. BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
Sessions must be booked in advance through our online system or directly through the Company. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeited fees.

5. PAYMENTS
Payment for Services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided on this Site or in the course of Services (including but not limited to text, graphics, recordings, workbooks, and course materials) are the property of Athena Nelson Coaching and are protected by copyright law.
